CYCLE is an electric mobility subscription service. We have years of experience in managing different fleet sizes for our customers: ranging from thousands of units in multiple locations to a few bikes in your local store. Regardless of the number of vehicles you want, it’s always this simple: you pay a monthly fee and you get E-Bikes with maintenance and repairs included.

How do I manage my contract?

You will always have your dedicated account manager that will be happy to solve any problem may arise and discuss the evolution of your subscription.

Are the bikes insured?

Yes, all the bikes that come with your business contract have reduced deductibles in case of damage and/or theft.

Can I test the E-Bike?

Sure! Simply fill the form on the page, our team will get in touch with you. We offer 2-weeks free trials so that you can feel first hand if the bikes are the correct solution for your needs.

How do repair work?

You can easily book a service appointment using the CYCLE app. Our mechanics will take care of the rest, directly at your location. It couldn’t be more convenient for you!
