Yes, all the bikes that come with our “Peace of Mind” package have reduced deductibles in case of damage and/or theft. We will ask you to report that via the app and follow the required steps.

Sure! You can come at our workshops during their opening hours and simply reach our to our staff. You can check the cities where we have a store here.

You can easily book a service appointment using the CYCLE app. The repair time take usually max 60 min, if we are not able to repair the bike in that time frame, we will swap your bike with another to get you on the road as soon as possible. All repairs are covered by us - except for intentional or extraordinary damages.
